Lower back, hip, pelvic pains?ðŸ˜
Hey mommas! I know its 100% normal to have lower back, hip, and pelvic pain in pregnancy- but is there anything that you can do to help it?😩 I’m practically stationary because it hurts so bad! I literally waddle from pain and it takes me 10 minutes to get the courage to get out of bed or a chair. Ive tried yoga, stretching, hot baths, Tylenol- none of that has seemed to make a difference. Anything else that can ease the pain a bit? Thank you all in advance!💕💕
