It’s not harmful but you should Test first how your baby handles the citrus fruit. They can give them tummy aches. I had to learn that the hard way after drinking a whole bottle of mandarin juice and had oranges for breakfast at the hospital lol

You should be fin, especially if you’ve had lemon  in smaller quantities and it hasn’t hurt your little one.    I had a super strict diet for breastfeeding the first 2 months and have slowly been adding foods in small quantities to get my babe used to stuff.

I was told not to consume a lot of honey while breastfeeding. The bacteria that babies cant have until 1years old can also be passed through breastmilk.
