Feeling worried

Hey mommas... I’m 10 weeks and I have the Sonoline B heart Doppler from baby Doppler. I’m having trouble picking up the heart beat on it. I lost my son around 10-11 weeks when his heart just stopped. Is anyone else having issues finding the heartbeat. I found something on my right side close to my hip but I’m pretty sure it’s my artery bc it’s like a swooshing sound. So if y’all have any advice please let me know bc I’m starting to get really worried...
