I'm 32 weeks and still working 12+hr night shifts as an RN. I plan to work as close to delivery as physically possible. Honestly the first trimester was the most difficult for me to work through because I was so sick but I sucked it up and got through it.

Only 10 weeks and luckily been able to keep working out as normal with some modifications!

32 weeks and I had twins (and various other complications with my pregnancy). I definitely wouldn’t think there’d be any reason to stop in the first or second trimesters unless you’re put on bed rest.

I was put on permanent bed rest between 8-9 weeks due to complications and previous miscarriages now I’m 26 weeks and my lil girl is doing great but I’m still not allowed to work until after she is born due to more complications with my pregnancy

I stopped doing field work/observations/evaluations at 16 weeks. I work with aggressive children and it was just too much.

I had horrible nausea/morning sickness the first 5 months, so walking was just it for me in terms of working out.

I am blessed with leave 6 weeks before my due date. But I had to take a lot of sick days the last month before that actually.
My body has been struggling to keep up in this pregnancy. I have to get stronger if I ever want another kid 😅
