Ibs @ 36 weeks??

Question

Anyone else that has ibs have a flare up around 35-36 weeks? I noticed today my stomach is a mess and I feel like crap 😭 normal or?

When I get bad gas it feels like food poisoning pain in my stomach. Last pregnancy I would get SO SICK if I had spicy + fatty food and I laid down within two hours after the meal. About 3 weeks ago I was having major painful diarrhea cramps and puking up food here and there. My gut is just so out of wack when pregnant.

I have crohns disease and it's been in remission my ENTIRE pregnancy. A few days ago I started with cramping and diarrhea like I used to have.. I wonder if it's a shift in hormones around this time? But you're definitely not alone!
