I didn’t know a such thing exist. If you experienced this, what mind set did you have ? And what advice would you give to anyone going to labor for the first time ?!

Sexual pleasure was the literal last thing from my mind during labor. I had so many nurses coming in, people poking and prodding me, checking my cervix. It was the least sexy thing I've ever done.

From what I understand it takes a lot of meditating, a sense of security and comfort rarely achieved in a hospital, and very few distractions. For those who are able to achieve it it is said to be very helpful with pain relief and the speed/ease of labor.

I birthed without any interventions and only felt pressure and pain. I have read that it’s possible, but for me...I did not feel any sexual pleasure 🤷🏻‍♀️
