Help me please

So I went in yesterday and had a pelvic exam, and an ultra sound, but the ultra sound was external not internal and everything looked good . And then I just went to the bathroom and saw this. Is this normal after a pelvic exam is this too much what do i do. I was just at the dr yesterday and they said everything was ok.
