Help...confused

I took two pregnancy tests the first test was a positive the line has color in person very pink! And then two days later which is today! I took another pregnancy test and it said negative could I still be preggo ? didn't receive a period for February what's am I doing wrong🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
