Allergic reaction?

I just noticed a red rash all over my 1 year olds body. She hasn’t ate or drank anything out of the ordinary or changed laundry soap or anything else. What could this be from? Should I take her in? She’s acting fine eating and drinking fine. It just came on so sudden I’m not sure what to do or where it came from. Please help.

Could be a heat rash if she was dressed especially warm or something.

My son gets like that if we dont lotion him after a bath for a few days.

Allergic reactions take more than one exposure to appear. Is there anything that she's only had 2-5ish times? Call your doctor and find out what dose of children's Benadryl or Zyrtec is needed.

Did you ever find out what it was? My son has the same rash currently and debating if I should take him in since he’s otherwise fine

Did her rash go away or did you end up taking her to the doctor? My son has literally the exact same rash on his thighs right now!
