I can't tell when I'm ovulating HELP!
Am I dumb? I can't tell when my body is ovulating. I don't feel differently, I don't necessarily have symptoms or discharge. I have one child and that pregnancy was a surprise! We weren't trying. And now, 2yrs later, we are trying and have had no luck. I've tried everything, pre-seed, tracking my cycle, taking my temperature, opk's. It's been almost a year of this 😫😫 I'm out of ideas and I'm exhausted and depressed. Any advice?
