I have been on the Nuva ring for 3 months. Doctor put me on it for the estrogen. My cycles regulated out and have been on time, except this month.

My cycle was due to start the day before yesterday. I has brown spotting and thats it. No menstrual cycle to my knowledge.

I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative.

Any one have an idea of what could be going on?

No menstrual symptoms like I normally have. Only thing that is "off" for me is I keep getting this weird taste in my mouth and some mild stomach cramps.
