YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS

I've been doing yoga and meditation on an app called daily yoga. I use just the free version. It's been helping me so much. I did a guided meditation session, and the women said that your not your thoughts, and it's my new favorite quote. Meditation is so cool, once you focus on just your breathing you literally think and feel NOTHING your just in the moment, and your mind is clear. I struggle with major depression and anxiety and this has helped so much.
