Need help 😢

I had my BFP 3days ago. We are so happy and blessed 🥰

But I’ve got few doubts.

My last period was 9.02- normal, heavy in first 2 days, 6 days long. I took PT in predicted day of next period and it was very dark :) day after I took blood test - and here begins my consider. It was bhcg 1905,0 mIU/ml, due to my period I was 3hbd, but level of hormon was 6-7hbd.

Also my temperature in this cycle from 09.02 were high, I didnt noticed temp shift. I though it was because of cold- I had long lasting cough and rhinitis. But now I’m wondering if I should count my last period 09.02 it maybe that earlier 18.01- then 7hbd?

What more - from about 3 days I’ve got brown spotting, earlier sth like creamy mucous, but yesterday more like brown spotting.

And temperatures get lower... No cramps, pain- maybe little twinges in lower abdomen. I took this morning pregnany test- clear positive, but I’ m scared isn’t it miscarriage? Should I go to hospital? I will probably visit my gin in this week but rather in friday... what do you think?
