9-10 mo old, won’t sleep anymore!

My baby never really slept through the night. She slept ok around month 5, then got an ear infection which ruined us for about a month. Every phase or illness made her get up crying and needing something. Now at 9 months, she rarely goes down easily (always standing in crib), gets up all night long for pacifier and a bottle (2-3 hours at a time sometimes less) and doesn’t stay asleep long. Daytime she’s napping about two half hour naps. Night is 10 hours with frequent wakings (5-7). I feel like we’re right back at newborn stage. She sleeps in her crib as always, but now is getting up and standing up crying or fussing. I’ve tried letting her cry up to 10 minutes at a time and also I quickly leave as people say to. I’ve had to lay her down 10-13 times before I give up and sometimes rock her. Any tips? This is awful.
