I’ve been working out since exactly 2 weeks out (now 2+3 weeks) and I’m fine lol. But I feel completely back to normal besides the fact that I’m still bleeding here and there. If you don’t feel normal then def don’t workout and overdo yourself. I’ve been doing small things at home like crunches, squats, glute bridges, etc. not like full gym workouts. I feel like they’ve def helped!

Maybe just light walking as you’re up  for it. After you’re cleared by your doc you can do strength training.

Honestly your body never be “toned and tight” again but 2 weeks out is a little unrealistic. Just keep healing and start working out when your doctor clears you and learn to love your body postpartum!
