Wedding AND a baby?

Question

My partner & I just found out we're 8 weeks pregnant with our first child! 
It's a really exciting time, however we have just put a deposit down on a wedding venue & now I'm nervous about if we should postpone the wedding or go ahead with a new little person on board. I'm due end of October and the wedding is booked for February.
I'd love any insight to people's experiences with a 4 month old, breast feeding, sleep etc...  I have no idea what to expect!!! 
Is it realistic to think we can do both?

The venue has offered to move the date within the year with no charge. However, as it's an outdoor venue, the weather the rest of the year is alittle unpredictable.

We just cancelled our deposits for the exact same reason, we were due on Friday (still cooking) and had things planned for November. Although it’s costing us a pretty penny in non-refundable deposits it’s cheaper than trying to budget for a wedding on one income, plus this pregnancy has been phenomenally stressful on my physical & mental health so I couldn’t foresee myself having the energy to plan lovely things over the next few months. 
We still wanted to be married so we had a courthouse ceremony with our parents and hosted them for a catered dinner at home. Would rather spend the time & money on bub and our new life stage, and have the big ‘reception’ down the track when it’s more suitable timing 😊

My first son was born jun5 got married August 10 we didn’t change ours! And worked out perfectly, but yet again I only breast feed him for a month! And for the honeymoon we just went away for 3days because I missed him so much, now pregnant with our second

I think it’s definitely doable, although I would consider postponing if that’s an option (i.e. no fees to change the date).

We moved our wedding sooner. And got married in 6 weeks. Our wedding only had maybe 40 people. The most important and it was so amazing. Also we saved so much money buy booking so fast, but we did have to barter a bit of course. But they where willing to work with us and find a fair price for everyone. We came $9,000 under budget for what we had planned. We also took the opportunity to get married in a low season, December (in Canmore AB) so it faired well for us. Explore all your options, what you can live with, what’s the most important thing for you and what works with your timing. Everything’s possible even with a baby. 
The most important thing for me was marrying my best friend. I could of rented a dress and went to city hall.
