Anyone else’s acid reflux so bad they just wanna cry and feel like puking. Took Zantac just waiting for it to kick in is horrible

Soooo terrible. I take Zantac twice a day and eat tums all day. I wake up choking on acid during the night 😩😩

Try a capful apple cider vinegar with a shot glass full of cranberry juice sounds gross but trust me it helps. I used it as a last resort one night and I sleep all through the night now I do that right before bed and it is completely safe to do this many times a day.
