Tainted

From the first day I met you, I knew you were a catch. A unique man of kindness & perseverance. One I thought to be the most beautiful man I had ever met. But as with most things in life, they grow. I’m sorry I let my past life effect your happiness. But it didn’t mean that you were supposed to give up on me. Where were you when I truly needed your utmost love and support? You had me fooled. And I am embarrassed that I found out the secrets you kept from me of her. And for never telling me how you felt. How am I supposed to go on when I can’t forget the day you said you had fallen out of love with me? How do you expect me to believe you now when you say you love me when it was possible for you to fall out of love? Are we meant to be here? Together? Why would you pick her over me, and how do you expect me to forget what you did? I thought I could forgive and forget but as it turns out, you have tainted what we have... tainted what we had.
