Help!

Fellow mamas, my lower back pain is getting to be unbearable. I get ‘stuck’ trying to stand up after sitting for a while, and I can hardly bend over.

I did a lot of walking yesterday when I was shopping with my mother in law, and I haven’t been working out much (I know I should be and I will start)

But do you have any stretches or recommendations on how to get this to ease up a bit?! I’m only 17 weeks and I need to get ahead of this before it gets worse!
