Is it twins???

Ok sadly I don’t have a picture for you to see and tell your opinions but I’m very confused right now. So today I started having verrrry bad cramping and pressure and I’ve been having spotting so my ob brought me in to go ahead and do an ultrasound to 100% rule out ectopic since my last scan done on Friday at the er wasn’t clear. I’m 5wks 5ds and they did the scan found the gestational sac right away and a perfect little yolk sac but on the other side of my gestational sac I saw what looked like another yolk sac I pointed and asked what it was but she said it was the gestational sac cause it went out of focus when I showed and asked her. She went back and saw it and wasn’t sure so I go back Friday to see if it is twins and hopeful see a heartbeat maybe even 2 🥰 I’ve been doing research trying to see if it wasn’t a second yolk sac what it could be. I think if it was the baby I was seeing it’d be right beside the yolk sac but it wasn’t. The obvious yolk sac was at the very bottom of the gestational sac and this one was more towards the top. Anyone else have this happen and if so what was it
