How do you get rid of baby acne?

My baby girl is 17 days old and she has kind of bad baby acne. How can I help it? 😢

Just let it go away on it’s own💜 put some breast milk on it.

My baby has very bad acne. She want try to rub her face and cry a lot. I started rubbing my breast milk on her. It cleared up within 4-5 days. I don’t remember where I heard that breast milk was good for that

You dont try to pop it, give them baths and wipe clean when necessary.  It's your hormones leaving their bloodstream.  Theres nothing you can do for them.

I’m just trying ttc at the moment but my mum told me that while she was breastfeeding me and my sisters whenever she ate sugar (chocolate, lollies etc) we would get pimples! Don’t know if that helps ! Cute as baby tho 😍
