Belly button bar to small?

So I just got my belly button done with a professional piercer and I can't move it and it's super sore yet my sister in law got hers done and she can move hers? And it don't seem small. I just don't want it not to heal if it's to small so help please?

Yes it’s way to small!!  
get it changed as soon as possible, it’s so easy for it to get infected.

This is after I cleaned it and I've iced it so its gone down I'm going to give it a day see what happens then talk to my piercer

This is what mine looks like. I’d suggest going back and getting a longer rod. You should be able to move it up and down that way when you clean it, you’re getting everything and cleaning it well.

It couls be too short but also if you have a lot of swelling that could be why it seems to be short
