19 weeks, massive headaches.. anyone else?

I’ve upped the water intake & am still having headaches.. so much so my teeth & ears are aching.. 
anyone else experience this?

Yes! I started getting migraines in the second trimester with my first and have now started again with my second at 18 weeks. Sometimes it's fluid intake, sometimes it's caffeine, sometimes it's just hormones or stress or who knows what! If you're notmally a caffeine drinker (or eater, like chocolate) try getting the recommended limit each day (200 mg) and see if that helps and watch your fluid intake, make sure you're getting the extra you and baby need. Beyond that, Tylenol extra strength and try to sleep it off! You're not alone!

I figured out my prenatals were giving me daily headaches that were unbearable. I stopped taking them and no headaches. I'm just going to take DHA and folic acid now. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies so I'm not worried about everything else so long as I get those 2 important ones

Yes I’ve had headaches all throughout the 1st trimester and now the 2nd. Some are really bad like a migraine then others seem to come at night and longer for days. It’s horrible. Never had this issue in past pregnancies 😭

My head has been hurting so bad since Thursday. It’s also keeping me from sleeping sometimes. Tylenol takes the pain down a little for a little while but that’s it
