Weight gain journey

I know a lot of women here only post on weight loss but I don’t know where else to post this 😔. I am beginning my weight gain journey as I have lost the little weight i had due to stress. Anyone here have any tips for staying on track with eating, building/bulking exercises, supplements/shakes. I have a few things I will be trying starting this week. I want to be around 130-135 lbs and am currently between 90-105 lbs. thanks in advance
