What to drink to wake baby up for appointment?

So I have my gender ultrasound today and I was wondering if there is anything you guys recommended I drink before going in to make sure baby is good and awake. I already have our gender reveal scheduled for this weekend so I’m gonna be so upset if baby is not cooperating lol. Any suggestions??

My daughter didn’t move for orange juice but a small frappe and a cereal bar did the trick and she started kicking her legs straight out

With my first I would eat pineapple before my appointment and it always worked. They say orange juice but I didnt want that much sugar.

My tech recommended a bit of caffeine before. Like a can of soda or something.

Well I havent drank any soda this whole pregnancy so far(17w) and I was just craving a coke from McDonalds and I got a medium let's just say it gets the baby moving cause this kid wont sit still 😂 I go in 3 weeks so I'm going to do this haha

We had ours last weekend so I drank some orange juice before and baby was still just hanging out cuddling with the umbilical cord lol. Had to get up, walk around and eat a few mini chocolate candies then s/he woke up and started wiggling. We’re doing our reveal this weekend! Hope your lil babe cooperates! ❤️
