16w no movement?

I’m a FTM so I get a little paranoid about every little thing🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m 16w 1 day and still haven’t felt any movement or kicks. It has me slightly worried because I see some FTM who are 14-15 weeks already feeling movement 😭 it’s normal to not feel anything yet right?!

That's normal. They don't expect first time moms to start feeling movement until 24 weeks.  All depends on where placenta is and how sensitive you are.  I'm 18w5d and have only started feeling little kicks the past few days and I'm really sensitive to changes in my body.  Just try to relax and enjoy that you are pregnant (i know, harder to do than it sounds lol)

I didn’t feel my baby until 22w with my first. My placenta was anterior and blocked a lot of the sensation until he was strong enough. Don’t worry if you don’t feel baby for a while yet. Could be placenta, could be you - by which I mean sometimes FTMs don’t recognize the early flutters as movement, others are more in-tune - could be many reasons! Hang in there mama!

I will be 18 weeks tomorrow no movement either. I hear it’s normal for ftm not feel anything until 20 weeks or more

My 14 month old (my first I didn't feel til) 18/19 weeks and never really felt him consistently  even in the end)
This one I'm 16w4ds. And been feeling movements for a few weeks or so now. But maybe a few times a week now. 
If you have anterior placenta you won't feel baby as much or not til 20-22 weeks sometimes later. Or can only feel baby in certain areas. For me it was my hips or top left of my bump other than that I didn't feel him move.
