Double stroller?

My youngest will be just under 3 when our new baby will be here. Do you suggest a double stroller? I’ll more than likely have an infant car seat. My youngest now still uses a stroller and he’s a runner🤦🏻‍♀️ I thought about maybe the evenflo pivot expand travel system or the graco uno2duo because I could use the toddler seat it comes with for my almost 3yr old and the infant seat for the new baby and by the time the infant outgrows the car seat, my oldest won’t really need a stroller much anymore? The graco one allows for a child to stand on the back instead of using the seat. Not sure what to do though! I have time, just wanted to hear what other moms have done
