10 days late, no period

Here is my story..

I’ve been pregnant before, I found out on day 5 of being late and it was a definitive STRONG positive. I ended up losing my baby :(. ...

I’m now late again. I took a test when I was 4 days late and it was 100% negative. I took the second one on day 6 right when I woke up.. still negative. Here I am 10 days late and still no period but I’m getting a lot of pregnancy symptoms.. cramping every now and then, sore nipples, darker, no period, extremely tired, always hungry.

I figured because I found out so soon with my first that It would be the same this time around. I’m going to take another test today but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same or a similar thing? Negative pregnancy tests but no period?

If you ended up pregnant, how long did it take to get your first positive?
