As a Brit I am totally embarrassed by the whole farce. I voted to Remain in the EU and have not changed my mind for a second. 
Since the referendum we have seen all the Euro-Sceptic MPs essentially run away from any responsibility in trying to sort it out. All they do is criticise the Prime Minister and offer no solutions themselves. They ran the Leave campaign on the back of total lies and didn’t hang around afterwards to be held accountable. What they have done is almost criminal.
I feel sorry for Theresa May, I know people that have worked with her in the past and they have all said what an intelligent woman she is. The task of getting the U.K. out of the EU  is thankless and pretty much impossible. She has faced constant resistance from EU leaders, our Opposition MPs and even members of her own party and government. 
But no one else wanted the job, and she has ploughed on despite all the crap she has had to put up.
I hope so much that Brexit is cancelled. It has become a national embarrassment. I just hope it doesn’t become an economic disaster just because no one had the guts to say publicly ‘this isn’t working’.

I just feel like the whole Brexit thing REALLY lost its momentum, from pretty much the beginning. 
I don’t actually know anyone who is still firmly pro-Brexit, more so just people who’ve accepted that it’s happening. 
Tbh, I think everyone in the U.K. and the EU can agree that this is so incredibly mind numbing now. I just want the UK to be dead set on leaving by the 29th March so we can be done with all this. 
The whole negotiations shit is ridiculous, obviously the U.K. is going to have issues with immigration and trading which it wants to sort out, but the reality is that we don’t really have much to negotiate back to the EU in return. 
I swear, if the deadline is pushed back I’ll lose my mind.

It will, we just don’t know if it will be with a deal or not. If the deal tonight is rejected, and they rule out a No Deal tomorrow then someone could put forward a motion for another referendum, if the MPs accept that then the British public could vote remain. So much uncertainty right now!

I followed it a few years ago as John Oliver covered it on last week tonight.. but lost interest in it. If it happens I wish them the best of luck.
