Freaking out

Guys I’m freaking out right now. I just went pee and when I wiped it was orange... I haven’t had any cramping or anything. I’m so scared! Idk if something’s wrong or if I’m just dehydrated or what. This is my first pregnancy and I’m two days short of 8 weeks, my first ultrasound is in two days. Any idea what might be going on or what I should do? If it turns red I’m leaving work and going to the ER obviously, but is the orange something to be concerned about??
