elective gender incorrect ?
hello! I had an elective gender ultrasound done at a place that does 3D scans and everything. they have 5 star absolutely perfect reviews online and they’re board certified ultrasonographers. they can tell the gender at 15 weeks, so i went in to have the scan done.
right off the bat, the woman knew what it was but checked a little bit longer before she told us, and she let us know it was a girl. When i asked how certain she was, she said “100% you can start shopping”
So i had a regular check up with my doctor today and told her about how i had the gender scan done and she said “the heartbeat definitely sounds like a girl, but i know our techs won’t even confirm it that early because you can’t be so certain”
Now I’m nervous. The woman at the 3D place said that gentians were fully developed at 15 weeks, but my doctor made me worried it could be inaccurate.
Can anyone share any experiences with gender scans done this early? Good or bad... thanks!
wanted to attach one of the pictures that the tech pointed out that it was a girl to me
