Baby blues or depression

Baby is 10 days old.. I'm so sleep deprived I cry all the time sometimes I have the fear of hurting my baby :( I cry when my partner comes home from work .But since today I have no energy to change his clothes or get out of bed my mind Is just not with me . :(
