Scared scared scared

So I’ve been spotting the past few days. Light brown, then today after I got up from taking a nap and went to the bathroom there was quite a bit more and the color was a dark red and brownish color. Not enough to soak and only was visible when I wiped. I. 5 weeks and 4 days. I didn’t get a pic of it the first time, but I did this time which isn’t much. I’ve had a sono when I first started spotting right at 5 weeks and only a 5mm sac was visible. Which they stated was normal and my HCG levels were also at 5100. I have mild cramps which have been the whole time. Just wanted to know was this normal? (Not to be rude but please don’t comment about miscarriages as I don’t want to be stressed out even more, I only care to know if those have experienced this and if they feel it’s normal)
