Is 3 weeks pregnant too early to feel exhausted?

I got a vfl at 10dpo and got a very strong positive at 15dpo (today) I'm at about 3 weeks and I'm just so exhausted. Is it all in my head or did some of you experience this too?

No the only thing I was experiencing that early was extreme thirst

I’m a little over three weeks and noticed the last 2 days I’ve been dead tired. I get home from work and I’m just exhausted. So I don’t think it’s abnormal

I had hyperemesis gravidarum and that started at around 3/4 weeks so it's definitely possible to have symptoms and feel exhausted ect. Your body is working real hard😊
