Exercise and early delivery?

Question

Does exercise during pregnancy increase your chances of delivery early? Anyone have a personal experience with this?
P.s. this is my second pregnancy so I’m hoping my body is more ready this time!

I worked out my entire pregnancy and still made my due date and ended up with a c section do to baby being breech, pretty sure he was never coming out lol never went into labor my c section was scheduled

I was very active with my first pregnancy and I honestly had to get induced because my cervix wasn’t even dilated or effaced and I was walking 10 miles a day with work and then working out on my days off. It would only work if your body was ready to go into labor and baby was ready to come out.

I think if you're doing too much it could. You could break your water early. Or get dehydrated which can cause contractions to pick up.
