Normal?

I’m 5 weeks. I. Can’t. Poop. At. All. 
I have tight cramps and the constant feel to use the restroom. 
Normal???

This is completely normal at this stage or any strange of pregnancy!! Just please pay attention to if it becomes very painful, I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and I thought it was just severe constipation, now looking back i should have gone to the doctor a lot sooner. I am not the norm this happing is VERY rare, I am positive you are okay! I just want other mamas who are feeling like they have the constant urge to go to the bathroom to be aware of their pain level. Happy and healthy 9 months to you ❤️

Totally normal, fruit smoothies first thing in the morning help. Eating lots of fruit/veg helps. Drink lots of water, herbal tea with your dinner, cereals etc. Brisk walks and stretches. 
 Ask your doctor which laxatives are safe if you need extra to prevent hemmaroids. Supposotory are great too, depends how bad but i had it pre pregnancy and most of the whole time. First trimester was definitely by far the worst for it! Hope you get relief soon.

I had it too still do at 6 months. I found adding all bran to my cereal or yogurt in the morning helped a lot.

I drink my daughters Ferber apple/ prune juice 😂 it worked every time. And it tastes more like apple juice. She has severe constipation issues so we always have some on hand to help her out.

If you are taking prenatals thats probably why. The iron in them constipate you. Ask your doc what he/she recommends you should do.

This would happen to me for a few days then go away. I've heard some stool softeners are okay to take during pregnancy. Ask your dr or a pharmacist
