Poor customer service
What can I do I placed an order with an company over two weeks ago and I did actually receive a track reference but it doesn’t track my parcel and the post office told me to contact the seller which I have but they are so ignorant and won’t give me answers or reply to my messages!
I’m not sure what I can do now as I am out of pocket and not got what I paid for and they won’t answer me!
