Changing dr

Sorry if this is the wrong board I’m not sure where to post this.

I am looking to switch to a doctor closer to me for convenience. Now I drive 30 min and the doctor I see only had hours from 8-230 which worked when I was working nights but now I’m a 8-430 and don’t want to burn all my time off running to the dr especially because I’ve had a miscarriage with unknown cause.

I’m not sure if I should should change now or wait till I’m pregnant and have it confirmed at my current dr then transfer to the new clinic. I want to add that the new dr is across the road from my house I wouldn’t have to use any vacation time and would be MUCH closer if something was needed.
