Is it normal to feel differently each pregnancy?

I had my son 8 months ago. With him I had cramping and a large amount of implantation bleeding. I was also sick and tired around this time with him.

This pregnancy (I am 5 weeks) I haven’t had ANY cramps what so ever and absolutely no bleeding. pregnancy tests are getting darker each day.. but I’d expect to feel SOMETHING!

I have lot of energy and no breast tenderness (I am breastfeeding).

Only similar symptom is increased hunger.
