Am I okay?

So I ran out of my pre natal's yesterday and have not been able to make it to the store today. I just took my boyfriend's Men's Multi gummies because i thought it would be better than nothing. Should i not have done that?

You’re fine. It’s just a vitamin. Just don’t take them til you get your own. A couple days isn’t gonna do anything

A consultant OB I saw actually told me theres no scientific evidence that taking them after 12 weeks has any benefit to the baby or you at all, so I stopped taking them!

I didn’t take anything after 12wks with all 3 of my pregnancy and babies was born perfectly healthy 😊 so couple dosage missed here and there are fine hun

You’ll be fine until you get them. I don’t take prenatal vitamins, just my normal woman’s vitamins, because prenatal vitamins have always made me really sick.
