Can you tell the gender of the baby from a 12 week ultrasound?

We want to wait until we have the baby to revel the gender, and I was looking at our 12 week ultrasound and I feel like I could tell the gender. Or maybe it’s too early? Idk...has this happened to anyone?

The genitals from an ultrasound aren’t even formed yet. So not that way. A blood test sure

Well my dr told me and said she was 98% sure. Yeah there’s that 2% but if they actually know and have experience at what they are doing and looking for they can give you a good guess. After that ultrasound I got the blood confirmed on what she said. So I believe yes you can.
