I need help 😫

I really need some help with my eating habits. I’ll tell you what a typical day of eating is like for me and I’d like some feedback. I can take harsh criticism so lay it on me.

Morning:

Whole grain toast with peanut butter(one slice.)

Preworkout(I eat the toast because I can’t handle preworkout on an empty stomach.)

Workout

Breakfast: two over easy eggs with one slice of toast. Sometimes with an apple.

Skinny tazo latte with almond milk.

Morning snack: fruit or a bar of some sort.

Lunch: oikos Greek yogurt with Cheerios in it.

Afternoon snack: fruit and/or things like raisins, granola bar. Sometimes no snack if I don’t have time.

Dinner is always something healthy like chicken and veggies.

Then I am still hungry after dinner and end up snacking on things like fruit, raisins, cereal, etc.

I obviously know this isn’t the healthiest way of eating. I just get overwhelmed by trying to come up with healthy fast lunches and snacks and I think I’m not eating enough sustainable foods which leads me to binge eating all evening. I’m thinking maybe I should talk to a dietician or maybe a trainer? I can’t seem to control my cravings for sugar and carbs 😓 any advice is greatly appreciated. I’d love to have some advice on how many calories I should be having and what a healthy day of eating looks like or should look like. Please don’t call me stupid I’m just looking for advice.
