Sleeping in your side - help please!
I’m almost far along enough where I should be sleeping on my side. I’ve tried it a few times and wake up in a panic because I can’t feel my arm. Can anyone suggest which pillows you use and what do I do with my arm under me so I can sleep comfortably? There are so many different pillows, I find it overwhelming. Bonus points for a picture of the pillow.
