I’m 6 weeks and 3 days. Spotting bright red blood. Just bright red on toilet paper. Wasn’t falling out of me or anything, just when i wiped, it was there. Every time I poop, I have blood just a small amount in my stool because i have colitis and that’s a symptom. I had just pooped, but then I realized it came from my vagina. I have no cramping at all. Just random. No more bleeding now. Just want advice on what to do.

**called my doctor and got the nurse on call. She said as long as I’m not cramping or bleeding heavily, I should be fine. Still scared though
