I need advice

Guys i need advice. I have pcos and I've been ttc for about 8 years. Before i got diagnosed with pcos i went to my obgyn because i was having irregular periods and when they would come they would be 2 to 4 weeks long. Anyway she put me on metformin and iron pills. I regulated my period for 3 months and now my period is starting to mess up again! I just passed this huge blood clog and it had some white streaks on it and the part that has spikes on it was rubbery? I havnt had sex in 4 days could it be a blood clog with cum mixed in it? I
