Is cramping at 5 weeks normal?

I'm terrified of having a miscarriage 😭😭, so far no bleeding but I have been cramping on and off the last week

Cramping is normal and will happen through out the whole pregnancy.

I was worried about my cramping. Initially I thought they were my regular period cramps until I had the positive tests. My regular dr and my OB said the cramping is common. There are a handful of reasons you can get them. Mine were all over but the strongest on my right side. My OB said it’s most likely because I have a small fibroid I didn’t know about until the ultrasound on that side. Her explanation was now that my blood flow was being directed towards the baby, the fibroid was being deprived of oxygen from the blood.

Yes it’s very normal especially at that time according to my doctor it’s just your body adjusting to all the changes
