Got diagnosed today at 7weeks 6days with Gestational Diabetes. It hit me like a brick wall as I did not expect it at all. Previous to finding out we were pregnant I had lost almost 20lbs, was exercising regularily, and eating healthy. Quit drinking pop, quit fast food etc. So this was definately a surprise, especially because ive never even been borderline my entire life.

Just posting this for other people to share their experiences, tips, etc. Thanks so much in advance.
