Can you take 3mg melatonin while pregnant? I have a drs appointment tuesday but i cannot sleep i used to take trazadone but now i’m tossing and turning all night.

Mr dr told me no melatonin.  She recommended unisom tabs.

I took melatonin 5mg a few times during my pregnancy. It’s a natural chemical already in our bodies. My son was born perfect 💙

No Melatonin. I have bad allergies so I took Benadryl. Unisom did nothing for me.

I used to take unisom at the recommendation of my doctor. It really helped!
