Hello , I’m just looking for advice really ! This was my last cycle ! Can anyone tell me what I might of done wrong or didn’t do ? I really thought I had a good chance this month ! But af this morning at 14dpo ! I had strong positive opk’s on the 1st and 2nd ! Can anyone give me advice with next cycle please ? 😩

Really, it’s the “miracle of life” for a reason. Even when doing everything right, no guarantees. That’s why they say to try for a year before seeing a doctor-it’s normal to not get pregnant. In general though, get a good night’s sleep and reduce stress. All the stress of constantly testing and being on this app just can’t be good for stress levels...

Any advice please ?
