Milk supply drop
I got my first period last week and since then my milk supply dropped drastically. I don't leak barely anymore, my breast are soft and when I pump I got one ounce per breast . I was getting 3 ounces per breast and when breastfeeding baby wasn't hungry afterwards. Any suggestions on how to increase milk supply?
